Mental Health Resources
Your mental health is as important to your overall wellbeing as your physical health. Fortunately, the conversation around mental health is changing and becoming more open. More people are able to share their stories and experiences and find help, and people are becoming more understanding of what mental health challenges actually are. But that doesn't mean things are perfect.
We are not yet at a point where people feel as confident or comfortable talking about mental health issues as they are talking about physical health issues. Part of the reason is that mental health difficulties are often complex and difficult and even understanding what's going on in your own head is hard enough, let alone sharing that with someone else. Similarly to physical health, a wide range of factors can affect your mental health: your diet, the quality of your sleep, your relationship with friends and family, finances and your physical health too.
This complexity is reason itself to find help and support. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties then please find help. We have put together a range of resources that can help you find the support you need. From general mental health concerns to workplace issues, depression, crisis and more, information is at hand. Your health matters.
