Physical Health Resources

Issues with physical health can disrupt a good balance in your whole life. Physical health is a product of how much and what type of exercise you do, how much rest you get, the food you eat, the quality of your sleep and more. Your physical shape is likely to change over time as your habits, behaviour, diet and lifestyle change — there is no single formula for good physical health that suits everyone at all times.

Pay attention to the factors that impact your physical health and do your best to understand what actions and behaviours work best for your physical health. Generally, however, you should aim to be physically active every day, minimise the time you spend sitting or lying down, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, stay hydrated and get a good night's sleep as often as you can.

Life can throw you a curveball here and there, which might mean your physical health demands particuar attention or particular responses. Follow the links below to find useful resources and information about pain, illness, sleep and your general physical health. Your health matters. Do what you can to look after it.
