WELBOT
You can download our Welbot workplace health and wellness software for either PC or Mac directly from our website. Once you have downloaded the installer package to your computer simply double-click and follow the instructions - you will be guided through the process.
As part of signing up for Welbot you will be sent an email with a unique 16 digit Product License Code. You will need this to activate your product.
Please note Welbot is not a mobile phone or tablet app. Our software is designed to be used on desktops and laptops in the course of your working day.

No. Welbot is a desktop application that runs on Windows and Mac Operating Systems. You will need a web browser to set up and administer your account.

The most common error is that the password typed does not match the password set. If you are having issues then logout of your account and visit this link to reset your password: https://login.welbot.io/auth/forgot-password
Your password must contain a mix of letters and numbers, it must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one capital letter. An example of a valid password would be: Password1 (more than 8 letters, one capital letter and one number).

Yes. Welbot is specifically designed to work in corporate environments and we have a suite of network diagnostic tools that we use to ensure that our software is configured properly and adheres to your corporate firewall restrictions and proxy settings.

Yes. Welbot can be distributed in both thin client and fat client environments. There is some degree of local storage required. An internet connection is required for Welbot to operate and we store and retrieve data on a daily basis.

We only use your data to enhance your personal experience of Welbot. Data exists on your laptop or desktop and is stored on our own hosted servers. We do not resell data. In the case where Welbot is used in a corporate environment all data and usage is fully anonymised so individuals cannot be identified.

For Medium Business and Enterprises
We provide management reporting through our account admin pages. Reporting and insights include employee engagement, compliance, usage statistics and insights including physical, mental wellbeing and nutrition interactions and reporting. We also offer customized reporting for Enterprise clients.

No. Welbot is not processor intensive and runs on most computers and laptops.

Simply login to your account at: https://login.welbot.io and download the latest version of our software onto your new computer then log back in using your username and password.

We push updates to the core application every 4 weeks. Your personal journeys and content are also updated regularly.

Welbot will be available in six languages from early 2022 including English, French, Spanish, Italian, German and Russian. We will be adding further languages after that. If you have specific language support requirements then we can work with you to have those included.

We are currently working on a companion app which will allow you to access your profile and statistics remotely as well as setting personal goals and house advanced features.

Once you have signed up for Welbot you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you log into your account (https://login.welbot.io) you can modify your settings under the Payment section.
